Millions of popular Toyota are recalled to solve a problem of sudden acceleration. Although the scope of this recall is huge, the problem is not necessarily limited to Toyota. According to Consumer Reports , in an analysis of complaints to the National Road Safety Institute for sudden acceleration by auto make in August 09, Toyota accounted for only about 41% of total complaints.
