Many New England are waking up to ice driving conditions today. In light of this, we bring you this remarkable video clip shot during an ice storm in January 07 in Portland, Oregon. A resident awoke to a racket outside his window and captured images of a derby higher unplanned demolition ice involving at least 15 separate accidents within a span of a few minutes.

With experience, the side of caution and good tires, snow conditions can usually be covered - but the ice is another matter. It is usually best to wait until the plows and sanders treated roads before venturing in ice storms.
