Every year, the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) collects and analyzes complaints consumers about insurance companies through a basic system of centralized electronic complaint data. This week, they published a report on the top consumer complaints with insurers to 08. Nearly 20,000 complaints were recorded, with the three main reasons for these complaints are delays, denials of requests and offers of inadequate regulation.
