The second year of affordable care Act (ACA) of open enrollment is underway. Since the marketplaces will allow for enrollment on November 15, it is relatively smooth. That's a big change from the rocky part of the market last year. So what happened to the ACA Open Enrollment this year? Here is an update on open enrollment, three weeks. 
1.3 million consumers a health plan selected
According to the report of the management, in the first three weeks of open enrollment (November 15-December 5):

More than 1.3 million consumers have chosen plans

48% who selected a plan are new consumers; 52% renew cover

More than 2.5 million applications were submitted,

have HealthCare.gov Almost 8 million users visited

Although open enrollment last through February 15, 2015, the reporting would on 1 January consumers begin to apply for December 15th.
15 December deadline approaching, interest and activity has increased on HealthCare.gov, after administration. For example, plan selections in the third week of open enrollment 33 percent higher than the first week, and twice the number of plan selection during the Thanksgiving week.
