If the Recurring claims have enabled feature have in your Zane account, you need your employees to update their recurring claim (s) for the new year. It is recommended that as an administrator you plan to offer our instructions on how to update a recurring amount receivable. If your staff has proven its last periodic application early 2014, our requirements have changed to the documentation since. We now require the submission of five information:

1. Insurance Provider
2. Type of health insurance
3. Name of Primary Insured
4. insurance period for the amount claimed
