Breast cancer Protection Act patients were recently introduced by representative Rosa DeLauro but has not yet been passed by Congress. However, Rep. WellPoint already stepped up and announced that it would implement the main provisions of the legislation on breast cancer before it even gets a vote in Congress. WellPoint follows most of the provisions in many states, but the implementation of the plan in each state will increase uniformity.
