With ZaneHealth there are three options for to apply for the reimbursement of employee insurance premiums

step 1 :. Individual
employees their premium reimbursement request every time, if they have to pay, together with the supporting documentation submitted. For most, that means a new documentation to submit each month

Level 2 :. Reusable Receipts
staff give their first premium application together with the supporting documentation. Each subsequent request may be submitted using the initially approved documentation online. During Submission Manual is a new documentation is not required

Level 3 :. Recurring Requests (most comfortable)
staff give their first premium application together with the supporting documentation. Each subsequent request is generated automatically authorized on the basis of the frequency and duration of coverage in the original request. This function is by far the most convenient: Employees need only submit their policies and fully substantiate once every 12 months and employers can consistently approved amounts expected.

Q: Can recurring receivables are subsequently submitted
A: Yes, but the documentation must prove the starting month of the request.

Q: What changes bonus my employee when
A: premium change or cancellation policy employees are responsible for updating or the existing Rehearsal claim canceling the event. Overpayments must be paid by the employee to the employer

. Q: What happens if an employee recurring void
A: The employee will be notified by email when their recurring claim to expire. All recurring claims expire 12 months after the first reporting start date. If your employees to submit a new recurring claim, they can make some changes to our requirements for documentation notice
